Hey everyone, just a head’s up: I’m doing a livestream tonight at 8pm Eastern here: April 21st, 2024 Bourbon Talk Livestream. I’ve been getting a lot of messages from people asking if I could do one of these and talk about what’s going on at Columbia, in Gaza, with Republican calls for violence, and a whole host of things. Thought it would be good to check in, get people together, and go over this stuff.

yay! i read an article this morning regarding the case before Supreme Court - camps in Grants Pass, Oregon and the town trying to ban people from sleeping outside. As i read it, my mind went more and more to all the effort being taken to ban public camping/sleeping in cars and there appearing to be no effort to find creative solutions - besides developers building more housing with a portion being "affordable" and that wasn't directly mentioned.
i read of the progressively more expensive fines that could lead to incarceration; then i think of states that are using people in prison as essentially free labor.
horrible policies and approach. cannot help but think there is a plan behind all this madness and it is not good.
Thank you, Jerod! I’m hoping someone I follow will speak to Medvedev’s tweet yesterday after the House passed the Ukraine funding. He was hoping for a civil war in the US where we would use our military power to destroy ourselves. He called us the evil empire. No one in the news is talking about this. Russian and now Chinese propaganda is spoken in our Congress. And repeated by some of our citizens. Please bring light to this political warfare. And it’s not just here. It’s in every democracy around the world. Please shine a light!!!
