This is just the beginning of the rogue court’s right wing majority to find unconstitutional the administrative functions and missions of federal agencies charged with administering pretty much the all federal efforts to provide for the general welfare of the people. EPA, FDA, CDC, Transportation, even DHHS, etc., are all targeted to be found to be unconstitutional delegations of Congressional authority and oversight. We are now faced with the first really concrete move to dismantle our Republic and we must find ways to stop it.
