Yes to more Bourbon talks!! My question: does Jack Smith have the authority to charge Trump with whatever crimes he uncovers? Or is AG Garland still a potential roadblock? Is Smith making “charging decisions” like a prosecutor, or “findings and recommendations” like the Mueller Report?
